For inspiration for your next backcountry dining experience, join mountain guide Charlotte Austin in this interactive brunch. Using her alpine prowess, she’ll teach participants how to cook a gourmet multi-course meal — using only tools you’d bring camping. Think: savory cinnamon buns baked to perfection over a butane stove, homemade granola with field-pressed hemp milk, summit-morning scrambled eggs, mimosas with hand-foraged brambleberries. Bring an appetite, an apron, and a sense of creativity.
