The first annual Nolan Town Center Swine and Spirits BBQ Festival

The first annual Nolan Town Center Swine and Spirits BBQ Festival will feature 20 BBQ teams from across the Pacific Northwest competing for $5,000 in cash prizes! The event will also host 20 of the best distillers from the Northwest serving spirit samples and specialty cocktails.
July 22 and 23, 2017 - Noon-6pm both days

SATURDAY NOON-6PM
Admission is $10 and includes 5 tasting tickets for barbecue samples from the competitors (while supplies last). The Saturday competition features the Chicken Wing Challenge! Attendees can sample wings from the competitors as well other creations by the BBQ Teams from salted caramel brownies to bacon wrapped dates! Saturday is a great day to talk with the BBQ teams about their craft and sample a variety of foods.
Saturday also kicks off the Crafted Life Spirits show with 20+ distillers serving up whiskey, gin, vodka, absinthe, and a variety of other specialty spirits!
The Spirits tasting package is $15 and includes 5 BBQ tickets and 10 spirits tickets. Spirits samples are .5 oz. Additional tickets may be purchased for $1 each.
Additional barbecue vendors (Wubba's BBQ and Codey's Catering) will be on hand selling full meals. And Wild Ride Brewing will be serving up some cold beers!
Judging for the Papa Bad Bones Chicken Wing Challenge takes place at 2pm!
SUNDAY NOON-6PM
Admission is $10 (no charge if you keep your bracelet from Saturday, though you will still have to buy tasting tickets) and includes 5 tasting tickets for barbecue samples from the competitors (while supplies last). On Sunday the competition heats up as the BBQ Teams serve their best pork butt, brisket, chicken and pork ribs to the judges!
The Crafted Life Spirits show continues with Northwest distillers serving spirits samples. Additional barbecue vendors will be on hand selling full meals and we’ll have a full bar serving specialty cocktails from regional distillers! And Wild Ride Brewing will be serving up some cold beers!
Sunday schedule: 11am Pork Butt Turn-In, 12pm Brisket Turn-In, 1pm Chicken Turn-In, 2pm Pork Rib Turn-In. Tasting for the public starts after the Turn-In's except for the Pork Butt which will start at noon. Awards will be announced at 5pm.
