Realms Unknown Food & Tavern Vendors

*All vendor fees are non-refundable, unless the event cancels due to extenuating circumstances.

Your vendor package includes:

• Your designated booth space;
• Access to WIFI
• Access to Vendor and Performer ONLY privies
• Camping (either in or behind your booth or at the vendor campgrounds)
• Parking
• ID Badges for you and booth staff only
• Security day and night

Vendor Camping Requirements:

• Camping area behind your booth must not exceed the size of your booth space.
• Camping areas behind booths must be decorated and not visible to the public.
• All vendor and food booths will be spaced out with a minimum of 5 feet of distance to allow for fire-safety and tie down.
• Merchants are required to bring their own tables, chairs, carts, booths, tents, pavilions, or other items used to sell their merchandise, products, or services.
• There are no reserved booth spaces at the festival.  Booth placement is determined based on many factors.  You may indicate preferences and make placement requests in your designated realm as part of the application process but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to honor your requests. Final placement is at the sole discretion of the Realms Unknown staff.
